First of all I would like to say to all of you out there. Never never ever use chemicals while cleaning or throw away something just because it smells bad. Throw away things should be the super last thing you do and not even then. You should recycle. We are already destroying our planet as it is, what you can do is to avert the process. If you have something that smells, like a new leather bag that smells suspicious, lubricate the bag with lotion a few times a day for a few days to clear almost all odors. If that doesn't work, just take it to the dry cleaning. But you can find so much information on the Internet and the miracle works: Google.

For stains of various kinds that do not go away by themselves in the wash (in my case often coffee, red wine and chocolate) I use bile soap, available in both solid and liquid. It can manage everything and it is cheap and environmentally friendly. The soap comes from ox bile, and should not be confused with the bile extracted from Black Bears. Bile soap can also be used for cleaning and be poured in the scrubbing water.

Soap is God's gift to the people, it can be used for almost anything; floors, oven cleaner etc. I suggest that you always have a bottle at home. Regular soap is eco-friendly and it will remove almost anything. Use eco-certified cleaning products of all kinds. Some of them, that aren't soap and are used in places you might need more than just water, are toilet cleanser, all purposes cleaner, lime cleanser (for the bathroom), kitchen cleaning, and of course detergent. Both limestone cleansing and kitchen cleansing are a bit redundant, since all-purpose products can fight most things. But if you want to spoil yourself with some more cleansing just help yourself, only make sure that everything is friendly to the earth.

One can of course discuss how many different cleaning tools you need in one household. But if you are asking and I think you do; I say that the only things that you need is a vacuum cleaner, a microfiber mop with associated bucket, squeegee and toilet brush. You will manage to clean all surfaces in my home with only these tools. Maybe you want to add a dry mop and some microfiber cloths and that is fine. Microfiber is your best friend when cleaning.

Dishcloths are clever inventions, they are great in the kitchen, bathroom and for dusting. When you feel that the cloth has reached the disgusting limit, you can just wash it along with towels and similar things in sixty degrees. You can do this a lot of times so don't be afraid to really use them. You can also let them retire gradually after hygiene. First you can use it in the kitchen and after a few washes you can use it when you are dusting the corners and splines and at the end you can use it in the bathroom to scrub the corners before recycling.

Last I would like to say that cleaning is so much easier the less stuff you own. Less is more, at least out in the open. And another thing; never ever use chlorine! There are no good excuses. Chlorine must be removed from the use of humans Complain to all stores that sell chlorine. While you complain you can of course suggest that they purchase your favorite brands of environmentally friendly cleaning products certified with real eco labels. The nature will thank you.
