While cleaning can be a tedious and boring task, it's something you have to do. Not only does a clean house look great you will also feel more relaxed and more serene in a clean and clutter free home. Your family would also be healthier if you have a clean home.
Even if you are busy it would be best to allot a few minutes on cleaning everyday. Not only will this help you maintain the cleanliness in your home this will also help you avoid the need for a more thorough and deeper cleaning. To cut the time needed for cleaning, it is advised that you complete the most appropriate cleaning materials.
Start with Basic Cleaning Tools and Materials
You could need specialized cleaning tools and materials depending on what type of furniture and appliances you have. But you should at least have the most basic cleaning supplies. For instance, you should at least have a vacuum cleaner, a dusting cloth and a mop. You should also have a floor polisher, a broom and a furniture polish and spray.
Other Cleaning Materials
You will only need a bucket, soap and water for mirrors and windows. Using water to dust the windows and mirrors is important so the dust would not spread and be inhaled by you or anyone else in the family.
You will need sanitizers, disinfectants and cleaners in bathrooms and even in the kitchen too. These materials would help you not only get rid of visible dirt but of bacteria as well. Then you could finish off with air fresheners too.
To do cleaning more healthily, you should try to buy environment friendly products. You can even use natural products like lemon for air fresheners.
