TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms explain the rights, duties, and responsibilities of all parties included in this Agreement. The current terms and conditions can be altered and/or adjusted without prior notice.
o Please make sure that the details in these Terms and conditions are correct and complete before committing yourself to the agreement.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
2.1 When making a booking, it is your responsibility to provide us with a precise description of your property. Tenancy Cleans reserves the right to alter the original quote and charge for any additional work that needs to be completed.
2.2 If we are provided with any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information or instructions, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, or charge an additional fee.
2.3 Accessing your property: It is your responsibility to ensure that our cleaners have access to your property.
(a) If the cleaning team assigned to you are not able to access the property, you will be subject to a minimum charge of £50.
2.4 To secure a booking, you must provide either credit or debit card details.
(a) An extra 2% charge is added when paying by credit card.
2.5 When the job is confirmed, a slot will be reserved for the provision of the service requested. This slot serves only as an estimate as we have no control over circumstances such as bad weather, traffic on unforeseen events.
2.6 Since making any arrangements for parking is the responsibility of the customer, any charges or penalties incurred are to be paid by the customer.
3. Pricing and Payment:
3.1 The services we provide are to be paid for in cash or by card over the phone. This should happen at the beginning of the job. Please note, cheques will be neither requested nor accepted.
3.2 All of our prices are based on the lowest possible charge for the relevant service.
3.3 Further charges may be applied: £11.5 congestion charge, or should your property be located outside of the M25.
4. Re-schedule and Cancellation of Appointments
4.1 Should you need to cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the job cancellation, a £50 fee will be applicable.
4.2 Should you need to reschedule your booking less than 24 hours prior to the job, a £25 fee will be applicable.
5.1 In order to complete their work, our employees must have suitable lighting and warm water available at the property. Should the health, comfort or wellbeing of our employees be at risk, Tenancy Cleans reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
5.2 It is our right to sub-contract any or all of our services.
5.3 We expect that either you or a suitable representative will be present at the completion of the work to sign off, confirming that it is to your satisfaction.
If you or a representative cannot be present, then it will be taken as confirmation that you are satisfied with our work.
6.1 Tenancy Cleans will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
(a) wear or discolouration of fabric is evident after dirt has been lifted
(b) existing spillage or damage that cannot be cleaned or removed completely
(c) damage to wooded floors where felt pads or any other type of protection have not been fixed to legs of furniture
(d) a job not being finished due to the interruption of a third party
(e) curtain shrinkage after curtain steam cleaning
Tenancy Cleans strives to resolve any problems with our service. But complaints made 7 working days after the job date will NOT be dealt with.
